At OMA TECH SOLUTIONS, we strive to deliver high-quality software solutions and services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our products and services.

2. Custom Software Development

For custom software development projects, refunds are handled as follows:

• Before Development Starts: Full refund of any advance payment minus administrative charges (up to 10% of the project value).
• After Development Begins: Refund is not applicable once development work has commenced. However, we may consider partial refund based on the work completed and at the discretion of management.
• Project Completion: No refund is applicable after the project is completed and delivered.

3. SaaS / Annual Subscription Plans

For our annual subscription-based software services:

• No refund is applicable for subscription plans once activated.
• If you cancel within the first 7 days of subscription, a partial refund (pro-rata basis) may be considered after deducting setup charges and service fees.
• Subscription renewal payments are non-refundable.

4. One-Time Purchase Software

For one-time software purchases:

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
• The software must not have been activated or used.
• A processing fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Support & Maintenance Services

Payments made for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) or support services are non-refundable once the service period has started.
